Hobby Project – Display Board – Assembly Day 12

So back at my friend's house for some work on the display board.  I snapped a few picks as we went through the half day.

I poured a few rounds of the rock hard water putty. We didnt actually use any of it, but its stockpile for a later session.

I brought some bits from the screaming bell to be incorporated.

Pic with the top level off and us setting up the power paths.

Some scale with the rat ogre. You can see him in the background in the last pic as well.

In progress carving a path for the power to be tucked into.

Power going down.

More power going in.

Sean suggested the great idea of putting the battery pack on a plastic card box to minimize later interaction with the pink foam.

Power channels all carved out.

Finished box and the extent of the reach of the power pack for future battery changes.

Things going into place.

The pad for the switch, to again minimize foam contact.

We cut down the upper levels a little to better display what was underneath.

Pretty lights.

Straight shot.

The upper floor.

Sean soddering in the wires.

All the power in and taped down. Next time will bricks and rocks as thats pretty much whats left.
